Dkolla.AI provides AI-powered tools for content creation, image generation, translation, voice synthesis and more. You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Dkolla.AI offers a free plan with limited daily usage and paid subscription plans with expanded features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create using Dkolla.AI. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
6. Marketplace Terms
Pro users may sell AI-generated content on the Dkolla.AI marketplace. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights. Dkolla.AI takes a 15% commission on all marketplace sales.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Dkolla.AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dkolla.AI is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
